1 egg
1/3 cup primal kitchen mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 top old bay seasoning
2 tbs chopped parsley
1lb lump crab meat
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1tbs baking powder
Combine all ingredients except crab meat and panko until fully mixed. Add crab and panko and mix well. Let sit for 1 hour and form into 6 patties.
Heat a saute pan with 1tsp butter and 1 top olive oil until ripples form in the pan. Sear the crab cakes on both sides for 2 minutes. Finish cooking in a 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
